Description
This beautiful bird, the Orinoco goose is a member of the duck, goose and swan family Anatidae ( Source: Wikipedia) ...it is a resident waterfowl in South America, and is named after the Orinoco River, the most important waterway in northern South America. I took this photograph at the Jacksonville, Florida Zoo. I was drawn to the beauty of this bird's feathers. This piece would make a lovely contribution to any home, office or place of business.

Thanks so much Richard...yes, it was the feathers that called out for me to wait for that Kodak moment!
