This photograph was taken during my stay in an historical hotel that is over 100 years old..The Lowe Hotel in Point Pleasant, West Virginia is such a unique experience. You live back in time and feel as though you are in the 1930's or so. It is not a plush environment, but it an environment for the "working man or woman." It is situated on the main street in town and one can look upon The Ohio River from the back of the building. I was blessed enough to get a room in the back part of the building that overlooked the river. It was a very peaceful experience.
