Description
This photo was taken during the summer season on Poneloya Beach in Nicaragua. It is about 20 kilometers from Leon, Nicaragua and borders the small fishing community of Las Penitas. Nicaragua's beaches are known for their wave action and I was able to observe several surfers during my short visit to the beach. Poneloya Beach is a popular little Pacific Coast surf resort. I especially enjoyed viewing the waves hit these fantastic rocks!
