Product Details

Our luxuriously soft beach towels are made from brushed microfiber with a 100% cotton back for extra absorption.   The top of the towel has the image printed on it, and the back is white cotton.   Our beach towels are available in two different sizes: beach towel (32" x 64") and beach sheet (37" x 74").

Don't let the fancy name confuse you... a beach sheet is just a large beach towel.

Artist's Description

This is one of the smaller waterfalls at Ein Gedi ( Engedi ) in Israel. Ein Gedi is truly an oasis in the wilderness! The elevation of the land ranges from the level of the Dead Sea, the lowest place on earth, to the plateau of the Judean Desert at 200 meters above sea level. Ein Gedi is mentioned by name a number of times in the Bible; however, my favorite reference is about David fleeing from Saul and dwelling "in the strongholds at En Gedi" (1 Sam 23:29). In one of the caves David cuts off the corner of Saul's robe (1 Sam 24: 4). Ein Gedi became a nature reserve in Israel in 1971 and has two main spring-fed streams with flowing water year-round....Nahal David and Nahal Arugot.

About Lydia Holly

Lydia Holly

I have enjoyed taking photos since I was a little girl, but especially began learning about the skill and art of photography in college; however, as years went by I, like most of us, put the camera in the drawer and would pull it out only for special occasions. For the most part, photography has been a passion that I put on the shelf; but now I have the opportunity to share with others some of my favorite photos, while exploring creative and new styles in photography and digital art. I enjoy taking photos of just about anything...animals, nature, vistas, people, architecture, and landscapes. I love it all! I am in awe of God's creation and ever so thankful that I have the opportunity to reflect a piece of it through a photograph. I hope...
