Description
This log cabin was originally constructed in 1780. It was the home of William C, Graham, the grandfather of famous evangelist Billy Graham. It was constructed of hand hewn American chestnut logs. It was disassembled, moved, and reassembled at Anne Springs Close Greenway in Ft. Mill, SC in 1999. The cabin originally was located near where Philadelphia United Methodist Church is located on Highway 160 in South Carolina. (Source: The American Chestnut Foundation)
