This Autumn photograph depicts the beginning of the Carrick Creek Trail Loop at Table Rock State Park in South Carolina. This 2 mile loop is a beautiful walk that takes the hiker along two different creeks with a number of cascades and unnamed waterfalls. I was only able to make a short hike to Carrick Creek Falls which is just a few minutes walk from this beautiful spot at the trailhead. Table Rock State Park is located at the edge of the Blue Ridge Mountains in northern Pickens County, South Carolina .
