Description
I couldn't decide to call this a tidal puddle or pool, but puddle sounded so much more descriptive, especially if you go walking through them. Regardless of what you call it these puddles or pools are areas of water that are left on a beach by an ebbing tide. This particular photograph was taken shortly after sunrise and the tide was on its way out. The bright sunlight clouds were reflecting beautiful light onto the water puddles and this is an attempt to share with the viewer what I saw. The photograph was taken in North Myrtle Beach, South Carolina.
